General Information We care for and educate more than 1000 children each business day of the year, from birth to school-age, in six early care and education centers and over 100 family child care provider homes. Our rich history and community partnerships enhance the quality of our service. We provide developmentally, culturally and linguistically comprehensive early education in nurturing and stimulating environments designed for children. We serve, primarily, working families of greater Boston. Half of the families we serve speak a language other than English at home. Governance (click here for Board listing) Associated is governed by a Board of Directors which includes corporate executives, lawyers, academics, parents, community leaders and others who have a deep commitment to the early care and education needs of children and their families.
