Full Time position available:
The Child Care Project-Dorchester
42 Charles St, Dorchester
Recruit providers into the system and provide them with monitoring, support, direction and review in order to ensure children receive developmentally appropriate early care and education in a safe setting and ensure that all aspects of the provider agreement is met and procedures are followed. Coordinate the training needs of the providers.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related human service field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Personal transportation.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Computer experience working with MS Office, internet/e-mail.
- Experience with measurement instruments like FDCRS & accreditation.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
