Currently, Associated is seeking to fulfill the following Careers opportunities:

MANAGER OF FOUNDATION AND CORPORATE RELATIONS

Research, solicit, and steward grants and other potential institutional funding sources.  Establish and maintain relationships with funding sources on the city, state and national level.  Write and maintain agency collateral materials, including website.  Collaborate with staff in areas related to fundraising/development. Bachelor’s degree. 5-7 years of writing, grant writing and/or Development experience. Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, and long range planning. Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer. Excellent organizational, research and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to multitask. Extensive oral and written communication skills.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Responsible for the delivery of quality childcare services, staff supervision and development, budgeting and fiscal oversight while ensuring the Centers meet their responsibilities and adhere to agency's policies and procedures. Strong knowledge in human services, to include: counseling, health, and nutrition. 3-5 years experience, and education, licenses and certifications as appropriate. Strong leadership, administrative, financial, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.

TEACHER & LEAD TEACHER
Join our team of professional early education teachers. A minimum of 1-year experience working with young children in an educational setting. DEEC Teacher Certified with the interest in continuing studies in the field of Early Childhood Education. Desire to work in a community based setting. High School Diploma/G.E.D required, bilingual abilities a plus.

FAMILY CHILD CARE COORDINATOR

Recruit providers into the system and provide them with monitoring, support, direction and review in order to ensure children receive developmentally appropriate early care and education in a safe setting and ensure that all aspects of the provider agreement is met and procedures are followed.

FAMILY CHILD CARE ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR

Provides confidential administrative assistance relating to enrollment, intake, assessment and billing.  Draft, produce and distribute correspondence and reports as needed.  Answer phones, file, respond to inquiries, refer to appropriate staff, take messages, and relay information as needed; organize and maintain children’s files, prepare and distribute related materials.
