Associated Preschoolers Meet Governor Deval Patrick

At a town hall meeting in Roxbury, Cynthia Davis, Associated’s VP of Center-Based Programs, testified that state funding has given Associated the resources to deliver high-quality early care and education in its programs. Cynthia emphasized that funding for early childhood programming is essential to ensuring success for children in need: “One day,” she told Governor Patrick, “one of these children will be wearing your shoes.“ Soon to graduate Associated preschoolers, dressed in caps and gowns, met and shook hands with the Governor.
