State House Advocacy Day
Thu, February 02, 2012
Join your colleagues from across the Commonwealth at the State House as we promote the importance of early education and care/school age programs. On this day, we will ask our legislators for their continued support of providers, early educators, and the children and families we serve. As always, we really need your presence and voice at the State House. This year, state revenues have risen over the second half of 2011 and so have our hopes for seeking badly needed funding. For the first time in five years, we will be seeking a significant rate reserve and expansion of Income-Eligible access.
State House Advocacy Day for Early Education and Care & School Age Programs will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 9:00am in the Great Hall of Boston’s State House. Email Ophelia Navarro at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for more details.
Working together, we can make a difference on the quality of early education/school age services that are available for the children and families of Massachusetts!
